Okay the moment that you’ve all been waiting for… The winners of the contest are revealed!! The Grand Prize winner is Karl creator of the webcomic Mystery of the Golden Edge. Karl won because he went above and beyond and did a cool and funny comic strip featuring Bear and Duncan. I’ve rearranged the comic a bit just to make it easier to read.

Karl will receive a T-Shirt, BVZ #0 limited edition printed comic, a mini Bear Magnet and the original art. Congrats Karl!!

The second place finisher is Daniel creator of the webcomic Harkovast. I loved Daniel’s rendition of Duncan, Bear and Jasmine (with a new modification to her missing paw ) and the army of zombies they are getting ready to trounce on. Daniel gets a T-Shirt, a BVZ #0 printed comic and a mini bear magnet.

I only received four entries, so I felt bad that two people couldn’t win anything, so I decided to give the two runners up each a copy of the BVZ #0 limited edition comic and a mini bear magnet. Aren’t I nice.

The Runners up are Rainwolf with a nice depiction of a group of  the characters from BVZ. I especially like the tagline “It’s kind of epic like that”.  RainWolfs Deviant Art Page can be found here.

And the other runner up is Ben, here is his blog, with his pretty cool rendition of what Bear VS. Zombies may look like if it were ever turned into a movie!! I really like the credits, mainly because it mentions my name a lot, and I’m an ego maniac! Muwahahahahaha!!!

So congrats to the winners and the runners up, and thanks for entering!! I just need your addresses so I can send out your stuff. I can’t promise you”ll receive it by the end of the year, as I pretty much try and avoid the post office at all costs around holiday season, but you”ll receive it. Also for the T-Shirt winners, let me know what size T-Shirt you want. I have Medium, Large and X-Large to choose from.
